Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been made, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please ensure all spelling, dates, colours, and personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
