About Twisted Coast

Hi, I’m Kat — and apparently I’m responsible for all of this.

Twisted Coast is a small independent business run by me: one woman, several printers, far too many ideas and usually a can of Coke Zero within reach.

There are no mysterious departments or faceless production lines here. If you message Twisted Coast, you get me. If your order needs designing, printing or packing, that’s me too. If something is being moved two millimetres to the left because it was annoying me… also me.

It started with labels. Then the labels invited friends.

Twisted Coast began life as Labels by Kat more than eight years ago. It was meant to be about labels—which was a lovely, sensible plan.

Then came stationery. Then tumblers, mugs, gifts, notepads, memory teddies and all the other ideas that apparently refused to stay inside my head. Eventually, Labels by Kat had outgrown its name, and Twisted Coast became the new home for the whole slightly chaotic collection.

The name changed. The person behind it—and the tendency to overthink every tiny detail—did not.

So, what do I actually make?

Personalised gifts, product labels, CLP labels, logos, stationery and promotional printing—plus whatever new idea has distracted me this week.

Basically, if it can be printed, personalised or turned into something that makes somebody smile, there’s a very good chance I’ll want to make it.

Made to order and properly fussed over

Most Twisted Coast products aren’t sitting on a shelf waiting for a random name to be added. Your order is prepared individually, using your chosen design, wording, colours or artwork.

I use a mixture of creativity, customer artwork, digital tools and more than eight years of printing experience. I’m not going to introduce myself as a fancy corporate graphic designer. I’m a printer, maker, professional overthinker and serial starter of new ideas—and I genuinely love turning your request into something you’re excited to receive.
